Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.

Take one sheet of rice paper and lay it flat on a clean work surface.

Evenly spray one side of the rice paper with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.

Generously sprinkle furikake seasoning over the oiled side of the rice paper.

Carefully flip the rice paper over to the other side.

Spray the second side of the rice paper with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.

Generously sprinkle furikake seasoning over this second oiled side.

Carefully place the seasoned rice paper into the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.

Air fry at 350°F for 2 minutes, or until the rice paper is puffed and crispy.

Once air fried, remove the puffed rice paper from the air fryer. It will be crispy and delicate.

Break the large puffed rice paper into smaller, bite-sized pieces and serve immediately as a crunchy snack.
