Add the 4 cloves garlic, 2 scallion whites, 1/2 Korean pear, 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (or sugar), 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil to a food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Place the 600 grams of sliced beef in a large bowl. Pour the blended marinade over the beef. Add the thinly sliced onion to the bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly, preferably using a gloved hand, ensuring the beef is well coated.

Let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and tenderize the meat.

Heat a large pan (a cast iron pan works well) over medium-high heat. Once hot, drop the marinated beef into the pan. Cook the beef, using a spatula to chop it up into smaller, cheesesteak-appropriate pieces as it cooks. Continue cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the beef mixture in the pan. Immediately place a few slices of your favorite artificial cheese on top of the beef mixture.

Place a split bun on top of the beef and cheese, pressing down gently to allow the cheese to melt and the bun to warm and absorb some of the flavors.

Using a spatula, carefully remove the assembled cheesesteak from the pan. Repeat with the remaining buns and beef mixture. Serve immediately, optionally cutting the cheesesteak in half.
