Classic Moist Chocolate Chip Blondies
Ingredients
For the Blondies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. This can also be done on the stovetop over low heat. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly.
