In a medium bowl, combine the 15 grams of flour, 10 grams of cocoa powder, 25 grams of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of stevia, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Gradually add 3 tablespoons of almond milk to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously until a smooth, thick batter is formed. Adjust the amount of almond milk as needed to reach the desired consistency.

Pour approximately 2/3 of the prepared batter into a ramekin.

Carefully place the 10-15 gram chocolate square directly in the center of the batter in the ramekin.

Cover the chocolate square with the remaining batter, ensuring it is fully enclosed.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Alternatively, preheat your air fryer.

Cook the lava cake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or in an air fryer for 6-8 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains gooey.

Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekin. Allow it to cool for a minute or two, then invert the lava cake onto a serving plate.

Optionally, dust the top of the protein lava cake with powdered sugar before serving.
