Place the skinless chicken drumsticks in a large bowl. Sprinkle the Saz贸n Goya packet, seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the chicken. Use your hands to thoroughly mix and coat the chicken with the seasonings.

Pour 1 cup of water into the crockpot. Add the Au Jus Gravy mix packet and whisk until the gravy mix is fully dissolved.

Stir in the can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup into the crockpot mixture and mix well until smooth.

Add the sliced green bell pepper, sliced yellow onion, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the crockpot, stirring them into the sauce.

Carefully place the seasoned chicken drumsticks into the crockpot, nestling them into the sauce and vegetables. Distribute the cubed butter on top of the chicken drumsticks.

Cover the crockpot with its lid. Set the crockpot to the "LOW" setting and cook for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

After the initial cooking period, remove the lid. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until smooth. Pour this mixture into the crockpot with the chicken.

Stir the contents of the crockpot to incorporate the cream mixture. Cover the crockpot again and continue cooking on "LOW" for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.

Serve the smothered chicken drumsticks and gravy over a bed of mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
