In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix with an electric mixer or by hand until well combined and creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed or by hand until a cookie dough forms and is just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the 150-170 g of chocolate chips into the cookie dough until evenly distributed.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a deep baking tray with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit the bottom of the tray.

Spread half of the prepared cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker layer in the tray.

Evenly distribute the marshmallows, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and chopped Caramilk over the first layer of cookie dough.

Carefully add the remaining cookie dough on top of the marshmallow and chocolate layer, spreading it out as evenly as possible to cover the fillings.

Finish the top layer by sprinkling with the extra chocolate chips and more chopped Caramilk.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center appears soft but set.

Remove from the oven and allow the bake to rest and cool in the tray for at least 10 minutes before slicing. This helps it set and makes it easier to cut.

Slice into squares and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
