Add the ripe bananas, cocoa powder, and milk to a blender.

Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined. There should be no lumps of banana remaining.

Pour the blended mixture into a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, continuously stirring with a spatula, for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken slightly. It should coat the back of a spoon.

Immediately transfer the slightly thickened mixture into individual molds. Small silicone muffin molds or ramekins work well for this.

Chill the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is completely set. Once set, carefully remove from molds and serve.
