Prepare the Tapioca Pearls: In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Stir gently to prevent sticking. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 15-20 minutes, or until the pearls are translucent with only a tiny white dot in the center. Stir occasionally.

Once cooked, drain the tapioca pearls using a fine-mesh sieve. Rinse them thoroughly under cold running water until completely cooled and no longer sticky. Set aside.

Prepare the Gulaman (Agar-Agar): In a separate medium pot, combine 2 cups of water and the gulaman powder. Whisk continuously over medium heat until the gulaman powder is completely dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.

Once boiled, immediately pour the hot gulaman mixture into a shallow, heatproof container (such as an 8x8 inch baking dish). Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to set completely, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Once the gulaman has set and is firm, carefully unmold it onto a cutting board. Cut the gulaman into small, uniform 1/2-inch cubes. Set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Milo Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Milo powder, sweetened condensed milk, and chilled all-purpose cream. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth, well combined, and slightly thickened. Ensure there are no lumps of Milo powder.

Assemble the Drink: To assemble, fill each serving glass with a desired amount of ice cubes. Add about 1/4 cup of the prepared tapioca pearls and 1/4 cup of the gulaman cubes to each glass.

Pour the creamy Milo mixture over the ice, tapioca, and gulaman, dividing evenly among the glasses. Stir the drink gently with a spoon or straw to combine all ingredients.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Creamy Milo Tapioca Drink!
