Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a medium bowl. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the shrimp evenly.

Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set aside on a plate.

To the same skillet, add another 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Add the diced red onion and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Pour 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream into the pan with the vegetables. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until it is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta and the previously cooked shrimp back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Garnish the creamy Cajun shrimp pasta with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.
