In a medium bowl, combine the milk and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add the all-purpose flour to the milk mixture. Knead by hand for about 5-7 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough ball forms. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a small metal pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.

Transfer the fried garlic to a small bowl. Add the softened unsalted butter, chili flakes and herb seasoning, and chopped fresh cilantro. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until well combined to create the garlic herb butter spread.

Place the dough ball on a piece of parchment paper on a clean work surface. Flatten it by hand or with a rolling pin into a thin, round disc, approximately 20-25 cm in diameter.

Spread half of the prepared garlic herb butter evenly over one half of the flattened dough disc.

Sprinkle the crumbled mozzarella cheese generously over the garlic butter spread, followed by the sweet corn kernels.

Using the parchment paper to assist, carefully fold the dough disc in half to form a semi-circle, enclosing the filling.

Seal the edges of the folded dough by pressing them firmly with the tines of a fork.

Brush the top surface of the folded garlic bread with the remaining garlic herb butter spread.

Make several diagonal cuts on the top of the bread with a knife, creating segments but not cutting all the way through the bread.

Carefully transfer the garlic bread, still on the parchment paper, into the basket of an air fryer.

Insert the air fryer basket into the air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, carefully remove the garlic bread from the air fryer using a spatula. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
