Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, cut red bell peppers, red chili peppers, and peeled garlic cloves.

Drizzle generously with olive oil, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring they are well coated.

Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until softened and slightly charred.

While the vegetables are roasting, cook your pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

Once roasted, carefully transfer the softened vegetables from the baking dish into a blender. Add the fresh basil leaves and 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water.

Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add more pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Pour the blended sauce into a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and stir until melted and incorporated.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and is well combined with the sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the pan. Toss the pasta with the sauce until thoroughly coated.

Serve the pasta immediately in bowls, garnished with additional fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
