Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Dice the mushrooms and green bell pepper. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken (or beef/turkey) and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced onion to the pan with the cooked meat. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion softens.

Stir in the diced green bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables have softened and released their moisture.

Add the sliced black olives and tomato paste to the pan. Stir well to combine and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the marinara sauce and stir all ingredients together until well combined and heated through. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Ladle the cooked pizza base mixture evenly into four oven-safe bowls.

Top each bowl generously with shredded mozzarella cheese, then arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Place the bowls in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

Carefully remove the pizza bowls from the oven. Garnish with additional red pepper flakes (if desired) and fresh chopped parsley before serving.
