Cookies & Cream Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
For the Base
- 1 Cookies & Cream protein shake
- 20-25 grams monk fruit sweetener
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 gram xanthan gum, (1/4 teaspoon)
For Mix-ins and Toppings
- 3 Oreo Thins, crushed, plus 1 optional for garnish

Pour the Cookies & Cream protein shake into a Ninja Creami pint.

Add a pinch of salt to the pint.

Add 20-25 grams of monk fruit sweetener to the pint.

Add 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon) of xanthan gum to the pint.

Blend all ingredients for the base using an immersion blender until thoroughly combined and smooth.

Place the pint in the freezer and freeze for at least 16 hours, or until solid.

Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and run it under hot water for at least 60 seconds to slightly loosen the edges.
