Wash the romaine lettuce and spin it dry using a salad spinner to remove all excess water. Stack the leaves and slice them thinly to shred the lettuce.

Place the 5 ounces (141g) Trader Joe's Chèvre with Honey Goat's Milk Cheese into a mixing bowl. Mince 2 cloves of fresh garlic and finely chop 1/4 of a white onion, adding both to the bowl. Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lemon into the bowl. Use the back of a spoon to mash and mix these ingredients until they form a creamy dressing.

Chop one cucumber into small pieces. Carefully cut one avocado in half, remove the pit, lightly score the flesh with a knife, and scoop it out with a spoon into the bowl.

Add the shredded romaine lettuce and chopped cucumber to the bowl with the avocado. Pour the prepared goat cheese dressing over the salad. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the salad is well coated. Serve the salad immediately to ensure it remains crisp and avoids becoming soggy.
