Open the cans of light tuna in water and drain approximately half of the water from each can. Place the partially drained tuna into a large mixing bowl.

Dice the red chili peppers and green onions. Ensure they are finely diced for even distribution of flavor and texture.

Wash and chop the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

To the partially drained tuna, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, diced red chili peppers, diced green onions, black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the tuna is well coated with the marinade.

To assemble each serving, place 1/4 of the chopped lettuce into a bowl, followed by 3/4 cup of cooked white rice. Top with 1/4 of the marinated tuna mixture.

Garnish each serving with additional sesame seeds, as needed, and enjoy immediately.
