Place the plain flour in a large mixing bowl. Stir in salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Add the olive oil and water to the flour mixture. Use your hands to combine all the ingredients into a shaggy dough.

Lightly flour your worktop. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and roughly knead it for 5-7 minutes until it forms a smooth, elastic ball.

Divide the dough into 6 equal balls.

Roll each dough ball out until it forms a thin circular disc, approximately 15 cm across. The exact diameter isn't critical, but aim for a consistent size.

Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Place two of the rolled-out dough circles on the lined tray.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each of the two dough circles on the tray. Top generously with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Place a square of baking paper on top of each of the two assembled pizzas. Lay two more pizza circles on top of the baking paper.

Repeat the topping process: spread with pizza sauce, top with grated mozzarella, and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Continue layering dough circles, baking paper, and toppings until all 6 pizzas are stacked. You should have two stacks of three pizzas each, separated by baking paper.

Carefully transfer the baking tray with the pizza stacks to the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the pizzas are completely solid.

Once solid, remove the pizza stacks from the tray. You can now transfer them to a bread bag or a freezer bag for longer-term storage in the freezer.

To bake, preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Place the frozen pizza stacks (without the baking paper between them, if desired, or bake individually) directly onto a baking sheet. Bake from frozen for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
