Add the peeled bananas, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, milk, and vegetable oil into a blender cup. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder and the remaining 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.

Pour the blended wet mixture from the blender cup into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until a smooth, thick chocolate cake batter is formed.

Scoop the chocolate cake batter into a stainless steel container (dabba).

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the top of the batter in the dabba, and gently spread them.

Place the dabba with the batter into the air fryer. Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.

After the initial 10 minutes, lightly place a metal lid on top of the dabba. Ensure the lid is placed loosely, keeping a significant amount of space out for the heat to circulate evenly. Do not place the lid on tightly.

Continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes at a reduced temperature of 150°C. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center; it should come out clean.

Once baked, carefully remove the cake from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
