Place the pork belly pieces into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Add the char siu sauce, hoisin sauce, dark caramel, honey, Shaoxing wine, maltose sugar (or granulated sugar), MSG (or chicken powder), oyster sauce, and red food coloring powder to the pork belly in the rice cooker.
