Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Add the 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the cottage cheese mixture and stir to incorporate.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, mixing until a cohesive dough forms. It should be firm enough to handle.

Transfer the dough onto the prepared parchment paper. Using your hands or a rolling pin, press or roll the dough out evenly into a pizza crust shape, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown and firm.

Remove the baked crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
Evenly distribute your desired toppings, such as cooked chicken, over the sauce.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
