Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, chili flakes, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. You can use a spoon or a piping bag for easier filling.

Add a cube of brie cheese in the center of the cream cheese mixture in each jalapeño half. Then, top with blueberry jam.

If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the stuffed jalapeño halves and drizzle a little olive oil on top for extra crunch.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
