Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 sliced spring onions, and 200 grams of finely chopped button mushrooms. Season with a pinch of salt.

Sauté the mushroom mixture, stirring occasionally, until all the moisture has evaporated from the mushrooms and they are tender. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.

Transfer the sautéed mushroom mixture to a bowl and allow it to cool completely. This can take about 15 minutes.

Once the mushroom mixture is cooled, add 150 grams of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

To fill the wontons: Take one wonton wrapper and lay it flat. Dip your finger in water and brush one edge of the wrapper with water. Place a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of the filling mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the wrapper into a triangle, ensuring the edges meet. Press firmly to seal the edges. Then, bring the two bottom corners of the triangle together and pinch them firmly to seal, forming a traditional wonton shape. Ensure all edges are sealed very well to prevent the filling from escaping during cooking. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

In a serving bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, salt to taste, 2 finely sliced spring onions, 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of chilli oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of Aromat powder. Stir well to combine.

Add 1/2 cup of hot water to the broth mixture in the serving bowl and stir again. Taste and adjust the amount of hot water to achieve your desired consistency and flavor. You can also adjust the spice level by adding more or less chilli sauce and chilli oil.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the filled wontons to the boiling water in batches, if necessary, to avoid overcrowding. Cook the wontons until they float to the top, which indicates they are cooked through. This usually takes 3-5 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked wontons directly from the boiling water into the prepared broth in the serving bowl. Serve immediately and enjoy!
