Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Prepare the sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. Spread them in a single layer on one of the prepared baking sheets.

Roast the sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.

While the sweet potatoes are roasting, prepare the steak: In a separate bowl, toss the cubed sirloin steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Ensure the steak is evenly coated.

Prepare the green beans: In another bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper. Spread them in a single layer on the second prepared baking sheet.

Once the sweet potatoes have roasted for about 15 minutes, add the seasoned steak cubes and green beans to the oven. Roast the steak and green beans for 10-15 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the green beans are tender-crisp. You may need to remove the green beans a few minutes earlier if they cook faster.

Remove all ingredients from the oven. Divide the steak, sweet potatoes, and green beans evenly among four plates or meal prep containers. Serve immediately or store for later.
