Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the 100 grams of granulated sugar, 100 grams of brown sugar, and 120 grams of melted butter. Mix until well combined using a whisk.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the sugar and butter mixture. Mix with a whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Gradually add the 150 grams of all-purpose flour to the wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula until a cohesive dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Add the 100 grams of chocolate chips to the dough. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Scoop individual cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie for spreading.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
