Shred the Kirkland seasoned rotisserie chicken, removing all meat from the bones. Set the shredded chicken aside in a large mixing bowl or the chicken bag.

In a large pot, bring chicken stock to a boil. Add the egg noodles (four nests) and cook according to package directions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the bowl with the shredded chicken.

In a separate pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter over medium heat. Add a generous amount of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

To the pan with the butter and garlic, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.

Sprinkle in some sugar and add a good amount of chopped green onions to the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in the pan until well combined and heated through.

Pour the prepared garlic butter sauce over the shredded chicken and cooked egg noodles in the large mixing bowl (or chicken bag).

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the chicken and noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. You can do this by tossing in the bowl or by shaking the chicken bag if using.

Serve the Costco chicken garlic butter noodles in individual bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions before serving. Bon appétit!
