In a large oven-safe dish, combine the dry pasta, cut chicken breast, chopped onion, sliced capsicums, low fat cream cheese, lazy garlic, fajita seasoning packet, and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add chilli flakes for extra heat.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the cream cheese is distributed throughout the mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and top with the grated mozzarella cheese.
