In a large skillet or pot, brown the 88/12 ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Since this cut is lean, there should be minimal grease to drain.

Once the ground beef is almost fully cooked, add the chopped whites of the green onions and the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Season the beef mixture with the roasted garlic seasoning blend, or use garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to your preference. Stir to combine.

Add the fresh green beans to the skillet. Stir everything together to ensure the green beans are mixed with the beef and seasonings.

Pour in about 1/4 cup of Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce. Add a splash of water to help stretch the sauce and coat all the ingredients evenly. Stir well.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat. Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and the chopped green parts of the green onions.

Serve immediately over cooked white rice, adding a little extra Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce to each serving as desired.
