Add 1/2 fluid ounce of almond liqueur to a cocktail shaker.

Pour in 2 1/2 fluid ounces of half and half.

Add 1 fluid ounce of RumChata to the shaker.

Sprinkle in a dash of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.

Prepare a martini glass by spreading a layer of white frosting or cream around the outer rim using a small spatula or knife.

Pour a generous amount of red, green, and white spherical sprinkles onto a flat plate.

Invert the frosting-rimmed martini glass and gently press it into the sprinkles to evenly coat the rim.

Optionally, dust the inside of the prepared martini glass with powdered sugar.

Strain the chilled cocktail mixture from the shaker into the prepared martini glass.

Finish with a small, decorative drop of white liquid (such as cream or condensed milk) on top of the martini for garnish.
