Into a bowl, combine the extra lean ground beef, diced pickles (for beef mixture), diced onions (for beef mixture), 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Lightly wet the edges of a wonton wrapper with water. Place 1 tablespoon of the prepared beef mixture onto the wrapper and spread it out evenly, covering most of one side of the wrapper. Repeat this process for all 6 wonton wrappers.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and spray it generously with cooking spray. Carefully place the prepared wontons, meat-side down, into the hot pan. Cook until the meat develops a nice golden sear, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip the wontons over. Divide the 1 1/2 slices of low-fat cheese and place 1 small square of cheese on top of the cooked meat side of each wonton. Optionally, cover the pan with a lid for a brief moment (about 30 seconds to 1 minute) to allow the cheese to melt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the light or fat free mayonnaise, yellow mustard, pickle juice, low calorie ketchup, 1 tablespoon of diced pickles (for sauce), 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of sweetener, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until the burger sauce is well combined.

Top the cooked Big Mac Wonton Tacos with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and a generous drizzle of the prepared burger sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
